Every client will be asked to read and sign Wanderlust Mobile Grooming LLC Service Agreement & Policy Form prior to any grooming services being performed.

π³ Payment Policy
Payment is due in full at the time services are completed. Wanderlust Mobile Grooming LLC accepts cash, check, Venmo, CashApp, debit, or credit.
A 3% processing fee will be applied to all debit and credit card transactions.
Failure to provide payment upon completion of services will result in a balance due and may require prepayment for all future appointments. Unpaid balances may be subject to collection.
π Rabies Vaccination Policy
All pets must be up to date on their rabies vaccination. Proof of vaccination must be provided upon request.
β±οΈ Scheduling & Arrival Window
Appointments are scheduled within a two-hour arrival window. Actual arrival time may vary due to traffic, weather, or the needs of other pets.
Clients will receive reminder texts three (3) days and one (1) day prior to the appointment and are asked to confirm at least one of these messages. A notification will be sent when the groomer is en route.
β° Late & No-Show Policy
Clients who are more than 15 minutes late or unavailable at the time of arrival may be considered a no-show.
In these cases, the full grooming fee may be charged, and future appointments may require prepayment.
π« Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hoursβ notice.
Cancellations made within 48 hours may be charged 50% of the grooming fee. If the groomer arrives and no one is home without prior notice, the full grooming fee may be charged.
β οΈ Behavioral Policy
Pets that display aggressive or unsafe behavior (including biting, excessive stress, or inability to be safely handled) may result in the groom being modified or stopped at any time.
Full or partial grooming fees may still apply based on time and work completed.
π©Ί Health & Liability Policy
Clients are required to disclose any known health conditions, sensitivities, or behavioral concerns regarding their pet. This includes, but is not limited to, arthritis, seizure disorders, heart or respiratory issues, anxiety, cognitive decline, mobility challenges, or skin conditions.
Pets that are seniors or have pre-existing medical conditions may be at higher risk of grooming-related stress, discomfort, or medical events.
Wanderlust Mobile Grooming LLC will take every precaution to ensure each petβs safety. However, the company cannot be held responsible for issues that arise due to known or underlying health conditions.
By signing this agreement, the client assumes all risks associated with grooming a pet with pre-existing conditions and releases Wanderlust Mobile Grooming LLC from any related liability.
β οΈ Matting Policy
Severely matted coats require shaving to safely and humanely remove tangles. Matting can cause pain, skin irritation, and may conceal underlying skin conditions.
By maintaining a matted coat, the client authorizes the groomer to remove matting in the manner deemed safest and most humane.
Potential side effects may include clipper irritation, skin sensitivity, itchiness, or the exposure of previously hidden medical issues. These are often the result of the matting itself, and the groomer is not responsible for these outcomes.
Additional fees will apply based on the severity of matting.
π Flea Policy
If a pet is found to have a moderate to heavy flea infestation, grooming services may be stopped immediately. The pet will be returned, and the appointment must be rescheduled after proper treatment.
A same-day cancellation fee equal to 50% of the grooming price may apply.
If a small number of fleas are discovered after grooming has begun, services may continue at the groomerβs discretion. In this case, a $50 flea treatment fee will be added to cover cleaning, sanitization, and product use.
The presence of fleas is considered a pre-existing condition and is not the responsibility of the groomer.
βοΈ Service Results Disclaimer
While every effort is made to achieve the desired grooming result, outcomes may vary based on coat condition, pet behavior, and tolerance.
Results cannot be guaranteed, and refunds are not provided for completed services.
πΈ Photo & Media Policy
Wanderlust Mobile Grooming LLC may photograph pets during grooming and use these images for promotional purposes, including social media, website content, and marketing materials.
Photos will never be used to misrepresent or mislead.
